NO SMOKING  /  NO PETS 

AC units (one in each room)

• Use remote control- there is 1 remote per AC unit  (Heat vs Cool)

Patio- retractable awnings/ Les stores

• Do not use these due to wind instead use vertical shutters

• Do not use the control buttons covered with blue tape.

Nespresso Machine

• Press small cup button for short espresso

• Press larger cup button for long espresso

Microwave - Whirlpool MWO609

Timed cooking

• Press TIME button

• Enter desired duration

• Press START

How to change the clock

• Press the CLOCK button

• Press the CANCEL button

• Enter the time (ie. 705)

• Press the CLOCK button again

Day bed into double bed

• Pull out bottom drawer until you hear a CLICK and you clearly see the metal divider 

• Place top mattress on empty frame

• Put mattress cover over both mattresses - for comfort and quality

• Add fitted sheet on top of mattress cover

• Add bedsheet, blankets and pillows.. sweet dreams! 

Sofa bed into double bed

• Pull loop at the top of the sofa until it becomes a full bed

• Put mattress cover over the mattress from the bin in the linen closet

• Add fitted sheet on top of mattress cover

• Add bedsheet, blankets and pillows… sweet dreams!

Electrical desk

• Press up and down buttons to raise and lower the desk

Washer/ dryer on the back patio

• Choose your wash cycle, we recommend:

  • turn knob to ‘proper & sec 1h/1kg

  • Push ‘Marche/Arrêt’

  • Push the start arrow (top right corner)

  • This will wash the clothes at 30C, spin up to 1200 rpm and the clothes will be lightly damp at the end.

  • The machine gives a click when finished and then turns off and you can open the door and hang the clothes so they don’t wrinkle as per local custom

Oven

• Typically 180C on full fan setting, a quick 10 min to preheat oven

• Be sure to set both dials to the top OFF position when finished

Cooking stove top

• Press the power button and then the +/- to adjust the level of heat

• The elements auto-disconnect if water boils over

• Be sure to turn off elements when not in use

TV

• Use 2 remotes- LG for the TV and the other for the French channels

• For French TV channels 

  • Turn on TV: LG remote- red power button turn on TV

  • Turn on Cable box:  the slim black remote (marked Orange on the back of the remote) to connect to la Boite Orange - top white power button. This will turn on the small black box in front of the TV.. wait until the orange light on cable box illuminates

  • LG remote: scroll with the arrows down to HDMI3 selection (bottom left corner of screen), and select using the middle circle button

  • Back to the Orange remote, use the arrows to change channels 

• Otherwise, use the LG remote to scroll to the Apps: Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, YouTube , etc. and be sure to sign out at the end of your stay

Shower

• Turn clockwise for hot, counter clockwise for colder water. It may take a few moments for the hot water to arrive.

Red lamp in dining room

• Connect via USB (cable provided on the shelf)

2 Elevators

• The elevator will not move until the outer door has fully closed

The City has 1,800 free on-street parking spaces. The parking meters are all equipped with a bank card reader and an alphanumeric keyboard to offer 1H FREE per day per vehicle. Parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays but also between noon and 2pm and from 6pm to 9am.

For the disabled, parking is free with visible caduceus.

For electric vehicles, parking is free.
